RED ÍNCOLA comes under the auspices of legal entities which retain their independence and own identity and under a multilateral agreement between all parties coordinate material, human, technical and infrastructure resources to provide the immigrant population with welcome and guidance services, legal advice, labor mediation, schooling for children, housing for men, women and families, food, clothing and footwear, Spanish courses, social skills, domestic and vocational training, counseling, guidance and family therapy, a meeting point and school tutoring center, and all services that in the future become necessary.
RED ÍNCOLA as an independent entity shall comply with the programs and activities that our partners develop in context with the aims of each.
